The promoter is Hunter Finance Brokerage Ltd trading as Focused on Finance whose registered office is at 7 Parkfield Street Bunbury WA 6230.

The competition is open to residents of Western Australia aged over 18 and registered mortgage holders except family, close friends and business associates of Focused on Finance.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition, however you must complete all fields of entry of the competition form with valid data.

The competition will open for entries at 4pm Australian Western Standard Time on Friday, 1st December 2017.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Any entrant found to be entering incorrect contact details will have all entries invalidated and any claim to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded a prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return any prize awarded. The promotor has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any entrant. The promoter reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. An entrant must provide any requested documentation to the Promoter upon request.

The promoter reserves the right to request winners to sign a winner’s deed of release (and indemnification) or any other relevant forms or agreements that the promoter deems necessary, to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, age and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

Closing date for entry will be 5pm Australian Western Standard Time on Wednesday, 20th December 2017. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition are as follows:

1. Only one entry per person.

2. For an entry to be considered valid the following information must be provided accurately by the entrant:

   2. Phone Number

   3. Email Address

   4. Current Amount Owing On Their Home Loan

   5. Current Monthly Mortgage Repayment ($)

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as follows:

1. A cash prize of up to $2,000 will be paid into the bank account of the winner to cover the associated costs of having a mortgage for the month of December.

2. The prize is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their partners).

Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the promotor and or its agents. The promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning the prize. The draw will take place after 12pm Australian Western Standard Time on Friday 22nd December 2017. The winner will be notified immediately and the winner’s name will be published on Focused on Finance’s website and social media platforms within 24 hours.

The winner will be notified by phone call and/or DM on Facebook/Instagram and/or by email within 24 hours of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 3 business days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner about when the prize will be delivered. The winner must provide relevant bank account details to the promotor in order for the prize money to be allocated.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering the competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, they are also indicating their agreement to be contacted by Focused on Finance and receive promotional or other marketing material from Focused on Finance (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time). The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
